Trisha Oppeau Director oppeaut@pfmam.com | Trish Oppeau joined PFM Asset Management with 18 years of investment experience. As a Director overseeing the St. Louis office, Mrs. Oppeau is responsible for managing client relationships throughout Missouri. She assists municipal governments, school districts, colleges and universities, and other political subdivisions with their cash flow analysis and overall investment needs. Her responsibilities also include providing a range of investment advisory and consulting services, developing investment policies, and monitoring guidelines and strategy implementation. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Oppeau was a Vice President at Advisory Research where she was responsible for client services and new business development. Formerly, she served as a senior marketing assistant with Kennedy Capital Management in St. Louis. Mrs. Oppeau’s experience also includes successful roles held at Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, CBIC Oppenheimer and Edward Jones. Mrs. Oppeau holds a Bachelor of Science in communications management from Missouri State University and a Masters of Business Administration in management from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She is a General Securities Registered Representative holding FINRA Series 7 and 63 designations. |
Nick Kenny
| Nick Kenny joined PFM Asset Management with 15 years of investment experience. As a senior managing consultant located in Columbia, Nick is responsible for managing client relationships throughout western Missouri. He assists municipal governments, school districts, colleges and universities, and other political subdivisions with their cash flow analysis and overall investment needs. His responsibilities also include providing a range of investment advisory and consulting services, developing investment policies, and monitoring guidelines and strategy implementation. Prior to joining the firm, Nick was an assistant vice president at Central Bank of Boone County where he was responsible for developing comprehensive, personalized financial plans for individuals, businesses, and organizations. Nick is from Raytown, MO and graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics, Finance and Banking. He is a General Securities Registered Representative and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 designations. |
Angie Hughes | Angie Hughes joined PFM Asset Management with 25 years of experience. As a senior managing consultant located in Kearney, Angie’s role will be focused on fostering and expanding our relationships with school districts and other political subdivisions across Missouri. She will also assist municipal governments, school districts, colleges and universities, and other political subdivisions with their cash flow analysis and overall investment needs including investment advisory and consulting services, developing investment policies, and monitoring guidelines and strategy implementation. Prior to joining the firm, Angie was the Executive Director of Business Services at Platte County R-3 School District for over 10 years. While there, she oversaw a $70M+ budget and invested local tax revenues and bond proceeds. In that time, she built a strong knowledge of school investment options. Prior to her start in school finance, Angie worked in public accounting at Deloitte for 15 years. Angie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northwest Missouri State University and is a CPA. She is a General Securities Registered Representative holding FINRA Series 6 and 63 designations. |
Amber Cannegieter | Amber Cannegieter joined PFM Asset Management in 2013 as a Key Account Manager for PFMAM’s Client Service Group. As a Key Account Manager, Amber’s primary responsibility is to provide customer service in everyday functions such as onboarding and new client administration and also to serve as a client advocate, providing a “high touch, high value” experience, whatever the client’s additional needs may be. Prior to PFMAM, Ms. Cannegieter most recently worked for Turner Investments, L.P. as a Director of Strategic Relationships within their Private Wealth Group. Amber was responsible for building relationships with key decision makers among wealth management firms to generate, pursue, and win business opportunities. Additionally, Amber met with current and prospective clients to introduce investment products and to review investment performance. Prior to her six years at Turner, Amber served as a Client Relationship Associate for the Vanguard Group. Amber has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Pennsylvania State University and is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered representative holding Series 6, 7 and 63 licenses. |
| Mr. Michael Steinbrook joined PFM Asset Management in 2004 as a Consultant in the Arbitrage Rebate Practice in the Harrisburg office. Mr. Steinbrook's primary duties include performing a variety of arbitrage rebate compliance related analyses. He oversees arbitrage rebate compliance services for PFMAM’s clients in the north east and mid-western states and provides on-site group and individual client staff training regarding arbitrage rebate and post-issuance compliance. He is responsible for tracking arbitrage rebate compliance for PFMAM's Texas and Mid-West investment pools, and assists issuers in the development and implementation of investment strategies for tax-exempt bond proceeds that enable issuers to maximize retainable earnings. At PFMAM, Mr. Steinbrook has helped to reduce rebate liabilities for numerous issuers by reconstructing and reallocating cash flows, is responsible for fiscal and five-year computations for a large city in Texas, has completed a rebate compliance review for nearly 30 separate bond issues for a city in Florida, and provides comprehensive arbitrage rebate and yield restriction compliance services to state-level issuers in Massachusetts, Delaware, Texas, Illinois, Iowa, Indian and Connecticut. Mr. Steinbrook also serves as verification agent for PFMAM or BondResource Partners, LP. He has provided refunding and escrow verification agent services for transactions including current and advance refundings, mixed escrows, escrow and bond yield computations, transferred proceeds penalty computations, variable rate yield projections and make-whole premium computations. Mr. Steinbrook is a graduate of Washington and Lee University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a dual degree in Accounting and earned a Master's in Business Administration in Finance and Accounting/Taxation from Fordham University. |
